Emirates Lounge
Each year, as an Emirates Citi Platinum cardholder, you’ll receive one complimentary access to one of Emirates’ world-class lounges in Australia for you and a guest. Simply book your Emirates flight on your Emirates Citi Platinum Card and present yours and your guests Emirates boarding passes and Emirates Citi Platinum Card at the Emirates Lounge to gain access.
Chauffeur-drive service
For Economy Class passengers, the chauffeur-drive* service is offered once a year when travelling on a non trans-Tasman Emirates flight purchased on your card. The service is available to and from your chosen destination to the airport from which your Emirates flight departs in Australia. Each car can take up to four passengers travelling together. To book, you must call the Emirates Reservation office on 1300 303 777 (when calling from outside of Australia, call on + 61 3 9940 7807), at least 72 hours prior to your departure.
