Terms and Conditions

  • This promotion is open to Skywards members who:
    • Are members or who become members before 30th November 2009.
    • Purchase a commercial ticket for journey on Emirates flights EK791 and EK792 between Dubai and Luanda.  
    • Complete their entire journey between 00:00 hours on 25th October 2009 and 24:00 hours on 30th November 2009.
  • A Skywards member who, at the discretion of Skywards, satisfies the conditions set out in clause one will be awarded bonus Miles in addition to Miles normally earned in respect of the flight.
  • The bonus applicable for this promotion is Triple Miles in First and Business Class and Double Miles in Economy Class. The bonus is calculated on the base miles earned.
  • Tier bonuses are calculated based on the standard mileage. Promotional bonus does not contribute towards the tier miles account.
  • Where a member has registered for two or more Skywards promotions and has flown on an eligible flight that qualifies for bonus Miles under each promotion, only the higher of the two eligible bonuses will be earned. Where a bonus Miles offer exists for online bookings, only the higher of the two bonuses will apply.
  • Bonus Miles are applicable for one-way and return journeys. Mixed class journeys will earn bonus Miles according to the class of travel undertaken.
  • The offer is only applicable on Emirates online services. Travel to off-line points will not accrue any bonus Miles even if with Skywards partner airlines.
  • Members of Skywards Family Bonus programme travelling during the promotion period will be entitled to 20% of the total promotional Miles in addition to their normal entitlement.
  • The Skywards member will be notified of the mileage credit in their membership statements or they can view their mileage online at skywards.com.
  • Skywards members must adhere to the Skywards Programme Rules in order to remain eligible for the mileage credit.
  • A Skywards member who receives a mileage credit under this promotion will not be entitled to any other credit of Miles in respect of the flight pursuant to any other promotion that may be conducted by Skywards during the promotion period or at any other time.
