Delayed Flight Certificate

You can now download or print your delayed flight certificate online by selecting Flight Status. This service is available for flights within 180 days of arrival. For older dates, please use the form provided.

If any of your Emirates flights within the last two years was delayed and you would like to file an insurance claim, use this form to request a certificate.

Please note that we can’t process any requests submitted by a third party on your behalf, and it may take up to 30 days for us to send the certificate to the personal email address you provide.

If you travelled on a codeshare flight, please contact the operating carrier for assistance.
