Please complete the below Emirates Best Price claim form so that we can assess it as quickly as possible but certainly within 72 hours. If your claim meets the requirements (Terms & Conditions), we will process your refund within 15 days.

You should be able to answer yes to each of the following questions to submit a claim.

Have you made a flight booking and paid online at emirates.com?
Is the lower airfare for the exact same itinerary that you purchased at emirates.com?
Is your claim being submitted before midnight of the same day you purchased the Emirates fare in the time zone of country you are departing from?
Do all flights start with the Emirates prefix (i.e. EK)?
Is the currency of the airfare at the other website the same currency as the country of departure?
Can you book the airfare at the other website where you found it?
If required, will you be able to provide a screen shot or a print out of the final price inclusive of all taxes, fees and surcharges of the cheaper airfare if Emirates requires further information for validation?
