Mountain Safari to Wadi Hatta

First, you drive along a motorway, cutting a swath through the rolling desert and its changing hues. Then the real adventure begins as you turn into the Hajar Mountains, where canyons line your route. You will follow the trails of the wadis and stop for an alfresco picnic lunch in one of the wadis (except between June 1 and August 31, when the picnic is replaced by a hotel lunch, not included in the price of this tour). After lunch, you drive on to the Hatta Heritage village to visit the restored fort which has been converted into a fascinating museum devoted to the history of this area. Afterward, you will commence your return journey to Dubai.

*During summer, from 1st June to 31st August, we stop for lunch at a hotel, the price of which is not included in the tour price. Tourists joining this safari must carry their original passports for border checks. Tourists whose passports are retained by their hotels should carry a receipt that is provided to them by the hotel upon retention of passport.
