You may book online at emirates.com without registering. However, if you register with Skywards, you’ll be able to store your personal, travel, and credit card information in your profile, so there will be no need to re-enter the information the next time you log in and book travel on emirates.com. If you are not already a Skywards member, you may register at www.skywards.com.
Skywards members can view their Skywards membership profile when they log in to emirates.com with their Skywards membership number and password.
Your personal and credit card details and your travel preferences are saved to your profile, so that you don't have to enter these details every time you log in to make a booking on the site.
Your personal information may be updated at any time by logging in and then selecting My Account from the menu. You can edit personal details on your account page.
If you’ve forgotten your Skywards number, click on Forgot your Skywards number? on the login page for instructions on how to retrieve your information.
If you’ve forgotten your password, click Forgot Password? on the login page. You’ll be able to view the password hint you provided when you registered, or you can have your password emailed to the email address in your profile.
Alternatively, you can call your Skywards Service Centre for assistance.
If you’ve forgotten your emirates.com user name, click on Forgot your Skywards number? on the login page for instructions on how to retrieve your information.
