Proof of travel certificate
Use this form to request proof of travel.
If you need proof of travel for insurance purposes, you can request a certificate for any Emirates operated flight you took within the last two years.
Please note that we can’t process any requests submitted by a third party on your behalf, and it may take up to 30 days for us to send the certificate to the personal email address you provide.
If you travelled on a codeshare flight, please contact the operating carrier for assistance.
