My Emirates Pass

The ‘My Emirates Pass’ Winter Program 2025 (the ‘Program’) means the added-value offer provided by Emirates, a corporation established by Dubai Ruler’s Decree No. 2 of 1985 (as amended) having its principal office at Emirates Group Headquarters, Airport Road, P.O. Box 686, Dubai, United Arab Emirates and hosted via the website found at www.emirates.com/myemiratespass (‘Website’).

These terms and conditions together with the Partner’s terms and conditions and the general terms and conditions that are applicable to your use of and access to the Website (together, the ‘Terms’) govern your use of the Website and set out the rules of participation in the Program. By participating in the Program, you guarantee that you have the authority to accept these Terms and you agree to be bound by the Terms.

In the event of any dispute regarding these Terms and all other matters related to the Program, Emirates’ decision will be final and binding and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into.

“Benefit” means the benefits to be provided to eligible passengers, including but not limited to discounts, services, or other benefits to be provided by the Partners, as detailed on the Website. The terms and conditions related to the discounts, services, or benefits that form part of this Program may vary among Partners.

‘Partner’ means a retailer or service provider participating in the Program during the Program Period as listed on the Website.

‘Program Period’ means October 1, 2025 until March 31, 2026 excluding UAE public holidays.

Participation in the Program

Passengers must, during the Program Period, present either an electronic, home-printed or airport-printed boarding pass in their own name dated between October 1, 2025 and March 31, 2026 to Dubai issued by Emirates, along with a Photo ID for identification purposes upon request at the premises of the listed Partners (‘Passenger’) in order to enjoy the Benefits.

It is the Passenger’s responsibility to ensure that any identification provided is a true representation of his or her identity. The Partner has the right to reject a Passenger who is not able to provide adequate identification. Passengers are expected to behave in an appropriate manner at all times on Partners’ premises.

The Program is void in countries where it is prohibited by law. Individuals located in a country restricted by applicable controls and sanctions or other laws or regulations as they relate to this Program are ineligible to participate in the Program. Each Passenger must ensure that his or her participation in the Program is lawful in accordance with the laws of the country of which he or she is a citizen and in which he or she resides or happens to be at the time the entry is made. Emirates shall not be taken to make any representations, express or implied, as to the lawfulness of any individual’s participation or as to any other aspect of the Program.

The Benefits shall be subject to the terms and conditions that apply to the possession and use of the benefits as set out by the Partners, which may be amended from time to time. These will be detailed on the Website. The Benefits are only valid for the Passenger holding the valid boarding pass, unless stated otherwise in the Terms.

Any Passenger who fails to abide by any of the Terms or fails to meet the participation or eligibility criteria set out in the Terms, may be deemed ineligible to access the Benefit offered at the discretion of Emirates or the Partner.

The Program is for the Passenger’s personal use ONLY and is not transferable; it is void if purchased, sold or bartered. The offers included in the Program are not redeemable for cash. The Benefits are based on availability; advance reservation is highly recommended.

The Passenger shall be personally responsible for all costs and expenses associated with accessing the Benefits, including but not limited to insurance, travel, airfare, food, accommodation, and any other ancillary costs associated with redemption of the Benefits. The Passenger shall also be responsible for any taxes, fees and surcharges of any kind, as applicable; and any compensation payable to the Partner for damage caused by the Passenger (or Passenger’s family or guests) to the Partner’s property or equipment.

Personal Information

Emirates collects and uses the Passenger’s personal information (the “Data”) in order to conduct the Program and may, for this purpose, disclose or transmit such information to third parties rendering services in relation to the Program. In processing the Data, Emirates may transfer it to countries that may not afford the same level of data protection as your country of residence. However, in all cases, Emirates undertakes to collect, process, store, save, and transfer the Data in compliance with relevant data protection legislation in force from time to time. By entering the Program and providing the Data, the Passenger authorizes Emirates to collect and process the Data in this manner.

In consenting to receive the Emirates Newsletter, the Passenger authorizes Emirates to retain and use the Data and transmit the Data for the purposes of issuing the Emirates Newsletter.

In consenting to direct marketing, the Passenger authorizes Emirates to retain and use the Data for other direct marketing purposes, which may involve sharing the Data with Emirates’ offices, authorized agents, other Emirates companies or brands, anyone to whom Emirates transfers its rights and duties, third-party companies offering related services (including, for example, car rental, hotels, limousines, transfers, or ancillary services), governments and government agencies, credit card and other payment card companies, and other airlines or providers of related services.

Passengers who would like to know what Data Emirates is holding about them or correct the Data that Emirates holds about them should contact their local Emirates office.

Emirates Liability

Inclusion by Emirates of a Partner in the Program does not constitute or imply any endorsement of the Partner’s products or services. Emirates accepts no responsibility or liability for the quality of services or goods provided by the Partner in association with the Program nor will Emirates compensate any Passenger for services or goods not received. Any participation by a Passenger in any activity offered by a Partner is entirely at the Passenger’s own risk.

Emirates will not be liable for any loss, damage, liabilities, injury, or disappointment incurred or suffered by the Passenger or any other person, whether direct or indirect, resulting from termination of or change to the Program or any of the facilities, benefits, or arrangements that are made available to a Passenger, including Partner withdrawal or the withdrawal of any benefits, facilities, or arrangements.

The Passenger accepts the Terms at his or her own risk and agrees to indemnify Emirates against all costs, losses, damages, expenses, and liabilities (including for loss of reputation and goodwill and professional advisors’ fees) and any claim arising from a Passenger’s own actions in any way in connection with these Terms or a breach of the Passengers’ obligations hereunder.

Emirates will not be liable to perform any of its obligations under these Terms where it is unable to do so as a result of circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to weather conditions, fire, flood, hurricane, strike, industrial dispute, war, hostilities, political unrest, riots, or any other circumstances amounting to force majeure. Emirates accepts no liability (and excludes all liability) for any loss of profit, business, contracts, revenues, or anticipated savings or for special, direct, indirect, or consequential loss of any nature howsoever arising.

Participation in the Program does not confer on the Passenger any rights in or over any intellectual property arising in connection with the Program. Any Terms that are held to be invalid in any jurisdiction shall whenever allowed by the context be deemed to be replaced by valid and enforceable terms and conditions whose contents are as close as permissible to those of the invalid or unenforceable Terms.

General

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Dubai and as applicable the UAE, and the Dubai courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any dispute.

This Program is exclusive and not valid in conjunction with any other discount offers, promotions, or loyalty programs.

Emirates reserves the right to amend, vary, update, or terminate the Program or these Terms at any time, in whole or in part, at its sole discretion.

When you fly from October 1, 2025 to March 31, 2026, keep hold of your Emirates boarding pass. Simply present it at participating venues across Dubai and the UAE throughout during those months to enjoy special offers and discounts. 

You can use your printed boarding pass or your mobile boarding pass together with your photo ID so the venue knows the pass belongs to you. Remember to take a screenshot of your mobile boarding pass as it may disappear once you’ve flown.
