Conditions of Car Hire
- All of the above rates are per car in US dollars, net and non-commissionable. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
- Arabian Adventures’® preferred car hire company is Budget Rent-A-Car for all car-hire services. Your contract for car hire arranged as part of your Dubai Stopover will be with Budget. Your rental shall be subject to Budget’s terms and conditions.
- Car pick-up and drop-offs are free for Dubai and Sharjah. For all other emirates, the charges are US$21.
- CDW and PAI delivery and collection charges to be paid to the local car-hire company.
- All drivers must produce their national and international driving license. Minimum age for rentals in Vehicle Groups A-E is 21 years.
- Additional drivers are charged at approximately US$6 per rental
- A credit card imprint will be taken at the start of all rentals for security reasons
- Cars will be reserved by Vehicle Group only, and not by specific make and model. Budget reserves the right to substitute equivalent cars when the reserved car is unavailable.
- Baby seats are available at approximately US$21 per rental
- Vehicles are covered by fully comprehensive insurance. However, full written procedures will be given at the time of pick-up of the vehicle. A 24-hour phone number will be given for assistance.
- All rentals include unlimited mileage. Fuel is not included.
- All terms of business and insurance coverage are subject to the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
