Welcome bonus Skywards Miles

• As a new cardholder, you are entitled to a one time bonus upon making your first spend (no minimum) within 30 days from the card issuance date.
• The bonus Skywards Miles awarded are: 
  • Infinite Card: 50,000 Miles
  • Signature: 25,000 Miles
• If you cancel and subsequently re apply for the card, you will not be eligible to earn the bonus Skywards Miles again.
• If you upgrade your card, you will not be eligible for additional welcome bonus Skywards Miles for the new card type.

Infinite Card:

• Emirates and flydubai spends: 3 Miles
• Foreign currency spends: Up to 2 Miles 
• Local currency spends: 1.5 Miles
• Specific category spends: 0.25 Miles 

Signature Card:

• Emirates and flydubai spends: 2.5 Miles
• Foreign currency spends: 1.5 Miles
• Local currency spends: 1 Mile
• Specific category spends: 0.25 Miles

• Eligible spends are retail spends made on the card except for cash advances, cash withdrawals, balance transfers, purchase of travellers’ cheques, conversion to instalment plans, any fees and charges paid on the card account and any other transactions that the Bank decides are disputed, erroneous, unauthorized, illegal and/or fraudulent. 
• Skywards Miles earning is up to the credit limit assigned to the card for each statement cycle. 
• Local currency spends are defined as eligible transactions in AED currency. 
• Foreign currency spends are defined as eligible transactions in non AED currency. 
• Spends made under the category “Grocery and Supermarkets”, “Real estate”, “Education”, “Petroleum”, “Public Transport”, “Salik”, “Government Services” and “Bill Payments (including utility and Telecommunication)” will earn 0.25 Skywards Miles per AED 3.68 spend (Local currency and Foreign currency as defined by Visa).
• Emirates and flydubai spends are categorised as transactions made on emirates.com, flydubai.com or at Emirates or flydubai sales offices or contact centres.
• You will not earn Skywards Miles if you have payments overdue or if you are in breach of ADIB’s terms and conditions.
• Skywards Miles will be credited to the primary cardholder's Emirates Skywards account within 5 business days of the transaction.
• Skywards Miles earned by supplementary cardholders will be credited to the primary cardholder's Emirates Skywards account.
• The number of Skywards Miles earned from card spend will be displayed on the primary cardholder's monthly card statement.
• Where a refund/reversal is made on the card, the Skywards Miles total will be adjusted accordingly by the bank from subsequent Miles earnings.
• If you are an existing Emirates Skywards member, you need to enter your existing membership number when applying for the card.
• If you are not an existing Emirates Skywards member, your personal information will be shared by the Bank with Emirates to enrol you in the Emirates Skywards programme.

Emirates Skywards Silver status

• The Emirates Skywards Silver status will be awarded to the primary cardholder.
• The Silver status is valid as long as the Infinite or Signature Card is active.
• Please allow up to 10 days from card issuance to be enrolled or upgraded to Emirates Skywards Silver status.
• An email confirmation of your status will be sent with instructions on how to view and download your Emirates Skywards Silver digital card.
• If you are an existing Emirates Skywards Gold or Platinum member, your existing status will not be affected.

Emirates Skywards Gold status

Infinite Card:

• You will be awarded Gold status for 1 year by spending a minimum of USD 5,000 (or equivalent in AED) on Emirates flights booked via emirates.com, Emirates Sales Offices or the Emirates Contact Centre.
• To retain Gold status, you need to meet the above criteria within twelve (12) months from the Card issuance date or Card anniversary date, or qualify as per the Emirates Skywards programme rules.
• If you are an existing Gold member, your Gold status will be extended for one year from the card issuance date.
• If you are an existing Emirates Skywards Platinum member, your existing status will not be affected.

Airport transfers in the UAE

• This service is provided via a third party provider. 
• Infinite cardholders- you are entitled to 4 complimentary airport rides per year in the UAE
• Signature cardholders- you are entitled to 2 complimentary airport rides per year in the UAE
• Rides are capped at AED 150 in Dubai and Sharjah and AED 350 in Abu Dhabi, Al Ain and elsewhere in the UAE. 
• For bookings, contact the ADIB Call Centre at 800200 72 hours prior to the scheduled trip.

Lounge access via LoungeKey

• You can access all lounges under the LoungeKey programme offered by Visa.
• Infinite cardholder: you and a guest are entitled to unlimited access to more than 1000 lounges worldwide.
• Signature cardholder: you are entitled to unlimited access to more than 1000 lounges worldwide.
• To avail this benefit, you need to present your card at the lounge reception.

Home check-in service

• This service is provided via a third party provider.
• You are entitled to a complimentary home check-in service for your Emirates flight from your home, hotel or office in Dubai.
• Infinite cardholders – you can enjoy this service 4 times per year.
• Signature cardholders – you can enjoy this service twice per year.
• This complimentary benefit allows you to check-in up to 7 pieces of luggage. Additional fee will be charged for every excess bag directly to the Cardholder by the service provider.

Valet parking at selected locations in the UAE:

• This service is provided via a third party provider.
  • Infinite cardholders - you are entitled to this service 4 times a month
  • Signature cardholders - you are entitled to this service 2 times a month
• You can avail of this service at selected locations across the UAE.
• You need to present your Infinite Card or Signature Card at the location to avail the service.
• The valet parking benefit is applicable on standard parking only and not for VIP parking.
• One visit is classified as the time permitted at that specific location. A visit could range from one hour to four hours.
• Excess usage of the complimentary level permitted will be billed to your card.
