Yes, if you are a Business Class customer and would like to book our Chauffeur-drive service after landing at the airport, there are specific desks that can help you. But please note that we give priority to customers who have pre-booked their Chauffeur-drive service.
You can book your service before your Business Class or First Class flight by visiting Manage your booking.
Alternatively, when you arrive at the Dubai International, you can visit our dedicated desks and be assigned a chauffeur. If you have pre-booked Chauffeur-drive, this will be completed as quickly as possible.
