Kite Beach

Kite Beach, an adventurous and playful destination, is one of Dubai’s favourite community beaches. It combines a rough-and-ready atmosphere with picture-postcard scenery, being very popular with the city’s multicultural population.

Spanning over 1.1 million square feet, this is one of the most dynamic beaches in Dubai, with gentle, clear waters meeting the sand in the mornings, and rolling blue waves, ideal for kitesurfing, sea kayaking and other water sports, arriving in the afternoons.

Kite Beach features a 14-km running track, as well as a wide variety of retail outlets and eateries. It regularly hosts community art fairs and markets, sports tournaments and races, as well as endurance and live entertainment events that draw thousands of visitors from around the world.
