Dubai Design District (d3)

Dubai Design District (d3) is a stylish destination dedicated entirely to design. Built to reinforce Dubai’s status as UNESCO’s Creative City of Design, the district gives the emirate’s creative professionals, designers and artists a platform on which to unite, create and inspire. 

This thriving neighbourhood is located in the heart of the city and showcases both established and emerging designers as well as international brands, with 450 creative partners thriving in the space. It is also home 45 retail stores and eateries, so you can pick up a gift and enjoy something delicious while exploring the area’s many design showrooms, art galleries, lifestyle boutiques, fashion ateliers, and other offerings. 

A popular events space, d3 also welcomes the public to its cultural exhibitions and gatherings, including Dubai Design Week, an annual event held to celebrate and promote design and creativity in Dubai; Fashion Forward, showcasing new and established fashion talent; and Sole DXB, a regional lifestyle platform for footwear, fashion, culture, art and design. The venue also hosts industry talks, workshops and educational programmes. 

The Block at d3, a space to escape, relax, unwind and work up a sweat, is also open to the public. This recreational facility features a skate park, basketball and volleyball courts, climbing walls, an urban beach, as well as outdoor seating and entertainment areas.
