- You must add your Emirates Skywards membership number to your reservation to earn Skywards Miles.
- You will only earn Skywards Miles for rentals in your name.
- Skywards Miles earned are determined by the car rental provider and vehicle booked and will be displayed at the time of booking.
- The car rental rates, and Skywards Miles quoted are dynamic and subject to change.
- You will earn Miles on the base rental rate.
- Local taxes may be levied and payable to the car rental company at pick up.
- You will not earn additional Skywards Miles with Emirates Skywards car rental partners for the same booking.
- You will not be eligible for car rental loyalty programme benefits for e.g. tier status, points, or privileges.
- You will not earn Skywards Miles on non-refundable bookings which are cancelled or for no-shows.
- Your Skywards Miles will be credited to your account within 6 weeks after the vehicle is returned.
- You can claim your missing Miles for rental within 6 months here(Opens internal link)
- Once booked the membership number cannot be updated.
- When making a booking, you authorise Emirates to collect and transfer selected information, including title, first name, last name, and membership tier. CarTrawler and Emirates data policy rules apply.
