Can I add a stopover?
You can choose to connect seamlessly to South East Asia via our Dubai hub, or break up your journey with a stopover. Enjoy two holidays in one and spend time in Dubai on the way. Stopovers in Bangkok and Singapore are also possible (some exceptions may apply).
Our codeshare destinations
Codeshare flights are operated by Bangkok Airways and are available to domestic Thai routes and other South East Asian destinations.
From Bangkok, codeshare flights are available to Chiang Mai, Chiang Rai, Koh Samui, Krabi, Lampang, Phuket, Sukhothai and Trat in Thailand, and to Phnom Penh and Siem Reap in Cambodia, Mandalay, Nay Pyi Taw and Yangon in Myanmar, and Luang Prabang and Vientiane in Laos and to Da Nang in Vietnam.
From Phuket, codeshare flights are available to Chiang Mai, Koh Samui and Utapao, Hat Yai in Thailand.
From Singapore, codeshare flights are available to Koh Samui in Thailand.
From Kuala Lumpur, codeshare flights are available to Koh Samui in Thailand.
Transit Guidelines for Passengers Connecting via BKK to Koh Samui (USM) / Phuket(HKT)
In line with the regulations under the Samui Plus model, Bangkok Airways (PG) has launched flights between BKK and USM/HKT to facilitate connecting travel for fully vaccinated international travellers between BKK & USM/HKT.
- For International to Domestic Connections - A dedicated flight series PG5xxx has been created for flights to BKK & USM/HKT – passengers who wish to connect to USM/HKT within the same day of arriving to BKK must be booked on these PG flights only. Only single interline tickets (codeshare flights are not permitted) may be issued on the above flights in conjunction with international flights.
- For Domestic to International Connections, passengers can be booked on any PG flight or EK*/PG (not limited to 5xxx) to connect to EK’s BKK-DXB flight
