Gender equality
For the 6th year in a row Emirates publishes its professional equality index between women and men for 2024.
Emirates obtains 94/100 (the minimum threshold set by the government being 75/100).
This index is based on 3 criteria:
- Pay gap indicator
- Individual increase rate deviation indicator
- High salary indicator (number of women / men in the 10 highest salaries)
