• All Emirates Skywards members are eligible to participate in the campaign.
• Emirates Skywards members will earn bonus Miles on all eligible transactions on skywardsmilesmall.com during the campaign period (22 Nov – 05 Dec 2024. Both dates included).
• All transactions will be awarded 30% bonus Miles.
• In addition, a first-time purchase with a minimum spend of USD 50 (or equivalent spend in local currency) will be awarded 2,000 bonus Miles when paying with a Visa card.
• All bonus Miles will be awarded in addition to the Miles value displayed across all brands, including those featuring special offers with higher Miles earning rates during the campaign period.
• The offer is applicable for all brands on the skywardsmilesmall.com UK, US, UAE, India and Australia sites.
• Members can view their transactions via their Emirates Skywards Account > My purchases section on skywardsmilesmall.com (transactions will be displayed 5 days after purchase).
• In the case of refunds or return of the purchases awarded, Skywards Miles including the bonus Miles awarded will be reversed from the Emirates Skywards membership account.
• Emirates reserves the right to withdraw the offer without serving advance notice to members.
• Eligible Online Purchases are purchases made by Emirates Skywards members with participating partner brands where they started their shopping journey on skywardsmilesmall.com.
• Eligible Instore Purchases are purchases made by Emirates Skywards members with participating partner brands using their payment card/s linked via the ‘Instore > My Cards’ tab on skywardsmilesmall.com. In the US, members need to authorise the purchase made using a linked debit card by using a signature instead of PIN.
• Eligible bonus Miles will be credited to the membership account after 45 days, subject to a completed transaction and non-return of the goods or services purchased. Members can view the base and bonus transaction via their Emirates Skywards Membership Account on www.emirates.com.

Miles earning

• Skywardsmilesmall.com(Opens an external website in a new tab) is a third-party website developed and powered by Collinson.
• To earn Skywards Miles, you must start your journey via skywardsmilesmall.com(Opens an external website in a new tab), log in with your Emirates Skywards membership details and follow the instructions as set out.
• You will not earn Skywards Miles for purchases made directly via the brand’s website.
• You must enable cookies in your browser settings and accept cookies throughout the shopping journey to earn Skywards Miles.
• Shipping conditions and restrictions may apply, which may vary by brand.
• Skywards Skysurfers, My Family and Business Rewards accounts are not eligible to earn Miles for purchases.
• Emirates reserves the right to reverse the credit of Skywards Miles if:
  • the goods/services purchased are returned
  • payment by the Brand is rejected. This cycle could be up to 150 days.
  • Miles have been credited erroneously
  • Miles have been credited due to misuse, abuse, or fraudulent activity.
• Your Miles will be credited to your Emirates Skywards account within 45 days of placing the order.

Personal data

• When making a purchase, you authorise Emirates and Collinson to collect and transfer selected information, including transactional data, title, first name, last name, email address and membership tier. Collinson and Emirates data policy rules apply.
