Conversion terms and conditions
- You can convert starting from 2,000 Skywards Miles up to a maximum of 54,000 Skywards Miles into Heathrow Rewards points in a single transaction.
- You can convert your Heathrow Reward points to Skywards Miles in increments of 500.
- Conversion will take place instantly.
- Conversions cannot be cancelled nor reversed.
- For successful conversions your name must match your Emirates Skywards membership details.
- You will receive your physical Heathrow Rewards membership card within 3 weeks of joining the program.
- If you have converted your Skywards Miles to Heathrow Rewards points you cannot convert them to other partner reward points.
- You will also earn Heathrow Rewards points on purchases made using Heathrow Rewards points.
