DUBZ is a hotel check-in service provider.

 

An airport check-in agent will check in passengers from their address in Dubai and print them the boarding pass and baggage tags on the spot .

Passengers can choose to avail this service 12, 8 or 6 hours before their flight.

General T&Cs

Location: Lobby area of the selected hotel.

Confirmation: Please show your Dubai Experience Itinerary to the Check-in agent.

Exclusion: DUBZ Hotel Baggage Check-in service is unavailable for passengers travelling to United States and Israel.

General T&C:
    • All passengers must be physically present at the Pick-up Point with valid passports and identification materials. Failure to abide by the foregoing 
      will result in immediate cancellation of the service with full cancellation penalties.
    • Each passenger is solely responsible for ensuring the size and weight of the luggage is within their booked allowance as per the airline’s luggage 
      allowance policies. Should the above not comply, applicable extra charges will be collected on site.
    • Any passenger may be requested by us or the Check-In Agent at any time to be reunited with or identify their luggage in the event of any required 
      or requested security measures or when any law enforcement or other regulatory authority requests the presence of the passenger.
    • If any passenger fails to attend at the Pick-Up Point within 20 minutes from the start of the Pick-Up Period, we reserve the right to leave the Pick-Up 
      Point and immediately cancel the service with full cancellation penalties.
    • Liability is limited to loss or damage to your luggage arising as a direct result of the service booked, and provided that the luggage is not or does not
      contain a prohibited Item. In the event of loss or damage to your luggage, liability shall not exceed AED 1,500 in respect of an individual item of 
      luggage and AED 4000 per Booking.
