Emirates to deploy Airbus A350 to Orlando, offering latest travel experiences to customers
- Orlando will mark Emirates’ first deployment of the aircraft type on scheduled services to a US gateway, featuring award-winning Premium Economy cabins
Dubai, UAE – 1 October 2026: The Emirates A350 will be deployed on scheduled services for the first time in the US on 1 November, when it begins daily services to Orlando. The Emirates A350 will replace the current Boeing 777 aircraft, which has been operating on the route since its services to the Florida gateway launched in 2015.
Emirates' A350 features the airline's latest cabin interiors, technology and innovations. Deploying it to Orlando reinforces Emirates' commitment to offering US customers the very best in travel, giving those flying to and from Central Florida more choice and an exceptional level of comfort on board. The Emirates A350 features three cabin classes with 32 Business Class seats in a 1-2-1 layout, 28 Premium Economy seats with generous legroom and elevated dining, and 238 Economy Class seats.
The Emirates A350 will operate daily to and from Orlando on EK219 and EK220 with the following schedule (all times are local):
· EK219: The flight departs Dubai at 03:05am, arriving in Orlando at 10:20am.
· EK220: The flight departs Orlando at 20:20pm and arrives in Dubai at 19:10pm (next day).
The Emirates A350's US debut marks the next step in the airline’s Premium Economy rollout, reflecting growing demand from American travellers for an elevated experience. Perfect for long-haul travel, Premium Economy is available to customers travelling to Dubai or onwards to more than 90 destinations across the airline’s network where the product is available, including West Asia, Indian Ocean islands, Far East and Australasia.

Emirates Premium Economy has been designed for customers looking for additional space, comfort and an elevated inflight experience. Each 19.5-inch seat offers generous legroom and recline, together with six-way adjustable headrests, a footrest, in-seat charging points, a wood-finished side cocktail table and a 13.3-inch personal entertainment screen featuring the airline’s award-winning inflight entertainment system with more than 6,500 channels of content in a multitude of languages.
Customers travelling in Premium Economy can look forward to a distinctive dining experience, beginning with a welcome drink served in fine glassware as well as meals prepared with seasonal ingredients and served on Royal Doulton china and complemented by an extended beverage selection.
Emirates’ customers travelling in Premium Economy cabins are also provided with sustainable amenity kits, blankets and generously sized pillows designed specifically for the cabin. Additional benefits include priority boarding and access to a dedicated Premium Economy check-in area at Dubai International airport.
