You can also download your mobile boarding pass from our self check-in kiosks and when you check in online.

You can also browse through the menu in the Emirates App before you fly and open an offline version when you’re on board.
On board, you can check the contactless version of the menu through our OnAir Wi-Fi network. There’s no need to buy a Wi-Fi package - simply connect your device to the OnAir Wi-Fi network and open the portal in your browser. Scroll down to choose the menu for your travel class.
Make the most of your time and create your entertainment playlist in the Emirates App before you board. You can browse through thousands of movies, TV shows and albums and add them to your favourites.

Download The Emirates App from the App Store or Google Play store to start creating your ice playlist.
Use the baggage tracker in the Emirates App to see where your bags are at every step of the journey.
You can follow your bag from check-in to loading on the aircraft, while it’s being transferred to a connecting flight, and see when it has arrived at your destination. Check the baggage belt number when your bags are ready to collect. And in the unlikely event it gets delayed, the tracker will give you a reference number (called a PIR) and tell you everything we’re doing to help.
If you don’t have the app, you can use the delayed or damaged baggage tracker on our website.
Enjoy a smooth connection to your next flight. Use our self check-in kiosks to view your itinerary, change your seat on the flight, and send a mobile boarding pass to your email to present on your phone at the airport, or print one out. You can also get directions to your departure gate, all without having to visit our desks.
Book an airport transfer online and relax knowing that your car is waiting for you when you arrive. Choose a transfer with our partner CarTrawler, including larger vehicles for groups and families, and compare prices. You can also book driver meet and greet options.
