ice stands for information, connectivity and entertainment and it’s the name of our award-winning personal inflight entertainment system, available in every cabin class. You can choose up to 6,500 channels of the latest and greatest movies, boxsets, music playlists and games.
You can even create an ice playlist before you fly(opens in the same window), then connect your personal device to your seatback TV and all your favourites will be listed ready for you to press play. And now you can pair your own Bluetooth* headphones on our latest A380 aircraft(opens in the same window).

Wi-Fi
Yes, you can pay for a Wi-Fi package using your debit or credit card on board. And if you’re an Emirates Skywards member, you can enjoy complimentary Wi-Fi access on Emirates flights.

On-board safety
Your safety is our priority and our staff are fully trained across all areas of onboard safety. There’s a full inflight safety video before take-off and the cabin crew are on hand to answer any questions you have during the flight. You can also find a detailed safety card in the seatback pocket in front of you.
We’ve taken further measures to keep inflight safety standards at their highest during COVID-19. Our teams on the ground and in the air are wearing masks and we ask all passengers to wear a mask for the duration of the flight. Before every trip, all our aircraft go through an enhanced cleaning and disinfection process. And on board we’ve made changes to maintain strict levels of hygiene and safety. Even the air on the flight is continually cleaned and exchanged through advanced HEPA filters that remove 99.97% of viruses, germs and allergens.

Smoking onboard
All Emirates flights are non-smoking. All Emirates codeshare flights are also non-smoking. See codeshare agreements(Opens in the same window) for more details.
The non-smoking policy also includes the use of e-cigarettes. No e-cigarettes can be used on board Emirates flights.
