Terms and Conditions
- You must provide your Emirates Skywards membership number at the time of conversion.
- Your name on your CIMB Member Rewards account must match your Emirates Skywards membership details
- Supplementary cardholders cannot request conversions.
- Transfer service to Emirates Skywards is provided by a third party administrator. When converting, you authorize Emirates to collect and transfer select information including your name transaction details. CIMB Member Rewards and Emirates data policy rules apply.
- You must convert minimum of 75,000 CIMB Bonus points
- Availability and transfer rates of Skywards Miles may vary and are subject to change without notice.
- CIMB Bonus Points will be deducted from your account when the conversion request has been processed. Skywards Miles will be credited within 7 working days.
- Conversions cannot be cancelled nor reversed.
- For the avoidance of doubt, Skywards Skysurfers, My Family and Business Rewards accounts are not eligible for financial partner conversions.
