How to spend Miles
You can spend a combination of Cash+Miles on selected SkyCargo shipments from Dubai, starting from 5,000 Miles. Contact the SkyCargo Call Centre on 60056661 to check the value of your available Skywards Miles. And when you’re ready to ship your items, just present your digital membership card at the SkyCargo Customer Service desk and make your payment.
Emirates Skywards members can spend their Skywards Miles for selected shipments on exports out of Dubai.
Emirates Skywards members can contact the SkyCargo Call Centre 60056661 to enquire about shipments and the value of their available Skywards Miles balance.
Members need to visit the SkyCargo Customer Service counter to redeem the Skywards Miles and make final payment.
Redemption is only applicable for Cash+Miles transactions.
Skywards Miles are applicable to shipment fees only and cash is applicable on shipment fees and/or taxes and VAT.
Minimum and maximum Miles value will apply. Minimum of 5,000 Skywards Miles and maximum of 200,000 Miles.
Redemptions can only be made in multiples of 1,000 Skywards Miles.
Skywards Miles are subject to availability at the time of redemption.
Your Skywards Miles will be instantly deducted from your account and cannot be reversed.
Skywards Miles can be deducted from only one membership account per transaction.
Skywards Miles held in Skysurfers and My Family accounts are not eligible for shipments.
The redemption Miles for SkyCargo are subject to change at Emirates discretion.
