Due to local regulations, you need to confirm your bank details to us in Chinese by completing this form and submitting it below. Ideally this should be in PDF format. We will need this before we are able to process your refund request. You can come back this form later by going to emirates.com/bankdetailschinese. Please contact your local Emirates office if you have any issues.

Please upload the bank details ideally in PDF format but you may upload in PNG, JPG, GIF, JPEG or PDF of up to 7MB in size.
