- Emirates Skywards members can earn Skywards Miles for hotel stays made for themselves via this Book a hotel page, providing the correct Emirates Skywards membership number is entered into the booking.
- If you are unable to add your membership number at the time of booking, you can update your reservation prior to check-in and enter your membership number via the Edit Your Loyalty Program Details tab on the dedicated page on emirates.com.
- Reservation must be made via emirates.com in order to earn Skywards Miles. Please note that bookings made directly on booking.com will not earn Miles. Emirates Skywards members will earn 1 Skywards Mile per 1 Euro spent on all reservations, inclusive of taxes. Currency exchange is dynamic and subject to change at the discretion of booking.com.
- Emirates Skywards members who have booked nonrefundable hotel stays and who cancel or fail to check in at the property will be charged for the room and will not earn Skywards Miles.
- Skywards Miles will be credited to the member's Skywards account approximately eight weeks after check-out from the property. In the event Skywards Miles are not credited to your Skywards account, you can claim them by logging in to your account and completing the online claim form.
- In booking a hotel via this Book a hotel page, Emirates Skywards members consent and authorize Emirates to collect, use and transfer selected information, including; title, first name, last name, membership tier and Skywards Miles balance. Booking.com’s policy for the use and disclosure of personal information may be different from Emirates' policy.
