Bronze Meet & Greet On Arrival:
• Meeting point:
- Marhaba arrival counter prior immigration where the passenger name will be displayed on plasma screen.
• Inclusions:
- Fast-track through immigration and security
- Escort to arrival meeting point area of choice (Chauffeur/Taxi/Hotel rep).
Bronze Meet & Greet On Departure:
• Meeting point:
- Departure lounge located at Terminal 3, Area 1, behind EK ticketing counter, adjacent to special needs counter
*All passengers must report 3 hours before departure time.
• Inclusions:
- Escort to check-in counter.
- Fast-track through immigration and security
Silver Meet & Greet On Arrival:
• Meeting point:
- After aerobridge at the designated arrival gate or first point of the terminal building.
- If arriving at remote gates (coach transfer from remote bay) passengers will be met by a Marhaba staff at the Quebec side.
• Inclusions:
- Meet & Greet service for a small group.
- Fast-track through immigration and security.
- Escort to arrival meeting point area of choice (Chauffeur/Taxi/Hotel rep).
