This is an ideal way to experience the magic of the Dubai desert in a different way – strolling across the mesmerising sand dunes on the back of a majestic horse. 

Feel one with the nature as you leave the buzzing city behind and enjoy your time in the peaceful and beautiful heart of the desert.

General T&Cs

Location: Passengers should report to the concierge desk of the selected hotel at the designated pick-up time. Standard waiting time is 15 minutes from the designated pick-up time.

Confirmation: Please show your Dubai Experience Itinerary to the driver.

General T&C:
     • Pick-up and drop-off are included and valid for hotels based in Dubai only.
     • Please be advised that this tour is suitable only for experienced riders, with a minimum of three years of riding experience
     • The weight of the rider cannot exceed 85 kg and minimum age requirement is 12 years
     • This activity is not suitable for pregnant women or those with spine ailment.
     • Comfortable clothes, a hat and sports shoes recommended.
     • Please ensure to bring warm clothes for early morning/evening activities for travel between November and March.
     • Jeans and riding boots are required
     • If you have heart ailments, neck or back problems, participation is not recommended. Hotel shall verify the guest’s horse-riding experience
and weight before proceeding with the excursion.
     • Guests will be provided with all required personal protective equipment relevant to the excursion once they arrive at the Al Maha stables along with a full safety briefing and will be required to complete the Al Maha Activity indemnity form along with the horse-riding questionnaire
