Inside Burj Al Arab tour allows guests to discover the most prestigious and inaccessible spaces within the hotel. A tour like no other. From breath-taking views to learning opportunities and countless ‘wow’ moments, Inside Burj Al Arab is not just any tourist experience, it is THE must-see attraction in Dubai.
The tour begins at the Inside Burj Al Arab check-in lounge across from the Jumeirah Beach Hotel and It is a guided tour led by a team of selected staff, starting with a buggy ride to the island where the hotel is located. The journey will include various ‘wow’ moments including a visit to the Royal Suite – the pinnacle of hotel guest experience. Guest will also enter the Experience Suite with a series of theatrical spaces which uses various elements and pieces of history that weaves together the story of the iconic hotel. The tour ends at the retail boutique offering a curated selection of gifts for lasting memories. Finally, guests can dine or enjoy a drink at the exquisite new lounge and terrace, UMA, overlooking the clear azure waters of the Arabian Gulf and stunning sunsets.
To extend the tour, visitors can book exquisite culinary experiences in one of the hotel’s exceptional restaurants.

Location: Ticketing lounge, Jumeirah Beach Hotel Conference Centre building, Umm Suqeim 3, Dubai.
Confirmation: You will receive an additional document containing the activity tickets upon confirmation.

• Upon arrival at the Ticketing Lounge, the guest should register at the counter, presenting the activity ticket.
• The guest should arrive 15min before the tour for the registration and distribution of lanyards.
• All tickets are non-refundable, non-changeable and non- transferable.
• Professional cameras are not permitted.
• It is prohibited to take photos in Burj Al Arab lobby and first level of the hotel.
• Dress code: Smart/elegant casual attire. No short dresses, transparent blouses, dresses, open shoulders. Tailored shorts below the knees are permitted. No sandals, flip-flops.
