• All Emirates Skywards members are eligible to participate in the campaign.
• Emirates Skywards members will earn bonus Miles on all eligible transactions on skywardsmilesmall.com during the campaign period (November 22–December 5, 2024, both dates included).
• All transactions will be awarded 30% bonus Miles.
• In addition, a first-time purchase with a minimum spend of USD 50 (or an equivalent spend in local currency) will be awarded 2,000 bonus Miles when paying with a Visa card.

• In the case of refunds or return of the purchases awarded, Skywards Miles, including the bonus Miles awarded, will be removed from the Emirates Skywards membership account.
• Emirates reserves the right to withdraw the offer without notifying members in advance.
• Eligible Online Purchases are purchases made by Emirates Skywards members with participating partner brands where they started their shopping journey on skywardsmilesmall.com.
• Eligible In-store Purchases are purchases made by Emirates Skywards members with participating partner brands using their payment card/s linked via the ‘In-store > My Cards’ tab on skywardsmilesmall.com. In the US, members need to authorize the purchase made using a linked debit card by using a signature instead of a PIN.
• Eligible bonus Miles will be credited to the membership account after 45 days, subject to a completed transaction and provided the goods or services purchased are not returned. Members can view the base and bonus transaction via their Emirates Skywards Membership Account on www.emirates.com.

Miles earning

• Skywardsmilesmall.com(Opens an external website in a new tab) is a third-party website developed and powered by Collinson.
• Skywards Miles awarded are based on the amount spent, excluding government taxes, handling fees and shipping charges.
• Shipping conditions and restrictions may apply, which may vary by brand.
• Skywards Skysurfers, My Family and Business Rewards accounts are not eligible to earn Miles for purchases.
• Emirates reserves the right to reverse the credit of Skywards Miles if:
  • the goods/services purchased are returned
  • payment by the Brand is rejected. This cycle could be up to 150 days.
  • Miles have been credited erroneously
  • Miles have been credited due to misuse, abuse, or fraudulent activity.
• Skywards Miles are not earned on purchases where payment is settled in full or part with gift vouchers, gift cards, gift certificates, or any other similar cash equivalents.
• Your Miles will be credited to your Emirates Skywards account within 45 days of placing the order.
• You can claim your missing Miles(Opens an external website in a new tab).
• The purchase of goods or services are subject to the brand’s terms and conditions of sale. If you have a complaint regarding the goods or services provided to you or regarding any delay or other delivery issue, you need to contact the brand directly.

• You can spend as little as 2,000 and a maximum of 40,000 Skywards Miles on a Gift Card of your choice, subject to the minimum and maximum values set by the Participating Brand.  The number of Miles redeemed are equivalent to the cash value in the local currency displayed at the time of purchase. 
• You can purchase Gift Cards for any country listed on the site. 
• Gift Cards can be spent online or in-store, subject to the Participating Brand’s terms and conditions.
• The validity and usage of the Gift Card purchased is subject to the Participating Brand’s terms and conditions. 
• It is your responsibility to utilize the full value of the Gift Card prior to expiry. 
• Miles spent on a Gift Card cannot be canceled nor removed.
• Gift Cards purchased on skywardsmilesmall.com will be visible in the My Gift Cards section on the website.  All Gift Cards are digital. You will not receive any Gift Cards by email.  You can also save your Gift Card on your mobile device for ease of access.
• Purchased Gift Cards may not be resold.
• Gift Cards used for full or partial payment on a subsequent purchase on Skywards Miles Mall – Earn are not eligible to earn Miles. 
• The Skywards Miles Mall – Spend platform uses cookies to collect information on how you navigate through the site to provide better services to you.

Personal data

• When making a purchase, you authorize Emirates and Collinson to collect and transfer selected information including transactional data, title, first name, last name, email address and membership tier. Collinson and Emirates data policy rules apply.
• Collinson is registered in the UK and are bound by the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018, and are duty bound to look after your data as defined in these regulations.
