How to book

You can book your SNCF tickets on emirates.com, an online travel agency or any travel agent.

When you book your journey, simply select the respective city as departure or destination as you would if you were booking a normal flight. You’ll find a combination of trains and flights that match your search criteria. SNCF trains will have an EK flight number between 3200 and 3249.

General check-in process

You’ll need to present your ticket for boarding. If you’re not able to complete your check in online, please contact SNCF staff for assistance.

If your journey begins on the train

  1. You can pick up your SNCF train e-ticket directly from the check-in.accesrail.com website 72 hours before the train's departure. You can also collect your e-ticket from the self-service train ticket machine at the station on your train's day of departure.
  2. Once at the station, you can directly board your train with your SNCF e-ticket.
  3. For safety reasons, you won't be able to check in your baggage at the train station for your entire journey, you can only check in your baggage at the airport. Just use the baggage drop‑off or priority check‑in counters at the airport.

If your journey begins with Emirates

  1. You can print or save your SNCF train e-ticket directly from the check-in.accesrail.com website 72 hours before the train's departure.
  2. Collect your baggage on arrival at Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport and proceed to the train station.
  3. When you arrive at the train station, you can directly board your train with your SNCF e-ticket or collect your ticket at self-service terminals in the station on your train's day of departure.

Travel information

Always check departure screens at Stations for the exact departure times and check platform numbers which can be altered at short notice. Due to ongoing engineering works, especially on weekends, always verify train schedules at www.SNCF.com.
