How to Earn
Present your Emirates Skywards digital membership card at the Welcome Centre or Guest Concierge along with your receipts to start earning Miles.
VIP Lounge access
Platinum and Gold members enjoy complimentary access to the Village’s private suites at select locations.
Luxury Shopping Destination
Enjoy incredible savings when shopping with premium brands including Bally, Balmain, Oscar de La Renta and Manolo Blahnik at some of the world’s most fashion forward destinations including London, Milan & Paris.
- For annual spends up to EUR 30,000 - you will earn 1 Skywards Mile for every GBP 1, EUR 1 and RMB 10 spent. For additional spends, you will earn 1 Skywards Mile for every GBP 5, EUR 5 and RMB 50 spent.
- Currency exchange is dynamic and subject to change at the discretion of The Bicester Collection.
- You will earn Miles for all purchases under your name. You may be required to provide additional information including, but not limited to, proof of identification, proof of purchase and payment card details.
- You must present your receipts at the Welcome Centre or Guest Concierge on the day of the purchase.
- Your Miles will be credited to your account within 4 weeks of receipt submission.
- You can claim your missing Miles for purchases within 3 months via email.
